- All orders made by you through the Future Legals Web site are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
- All images copyright original artists.
- We only send the products, shown on the Future Legals website, within the UK.
- We reserve the right to change prices and conditions without prior notice.
- Future Legals is compliant with the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
- All products sold on the Future Legals website are either for botanical purposes (plant food) or research/ souvenir purposes. If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, difficulty in urination due to enlargement of prostrate, or if taking MAO inhibitors, antidepressants, or any other prescription drug, you must be extra cautious handling these products incase of accidental ingestion.

Purchasing
- By completing the online ordering process via the website. You will be able to pay via our payment gateway Pay Pal.You can purchase any of our products by any of the following methods:
By postal order. Please send details of your order and your prefered postage method along with payment to: Suite 302, The Commercial Centre, Picket Piece, Andover, Hampshire SP11 6RU.
Direct bank transfer. After you have completed your order online, you will see an option to pay via bank transfer. Alternatively you can post, call or e-mail your order details in to us:

Please include your prefered postage method. You will then be sent instructions on how to pay.
- Please note that cheques will normally take 5 working days to clear. Your order will only be sent out once your cheque has cleared.
- Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website. Then as soon as you order has been sent you will receive an e-mail updating your order status to "Dispatched".
- Future Legals may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
- All products and services are subject to availability. We do endeavour to keep accurate stock levels, however in the unlikely event that a product becomes out of stock, we will contact you to arrange either a replacement or a back order, that will be sent at no added cost as soon as we have the product in.
Delivery
- We only ship within the UK, Europe and the Channel Islands.We do not ship to Australia or America.
- All orders completed before 4.00pm Mon - Fri will be sent the same day.
- Most orders, when sent the same day, will arrive the next day.
- Special Next Day delivery only operates Mon- Fri. If you place an order on Friday to be delivered the next day, you will need to choose Next Day delivery for Saturday. Orders for Special Next Day delivery placed on Saturday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
- Orders are sent in plain packaging for your privacy.
- Orders sent recorded delivery will require a signature
Returns and Exchanges
- If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason at all, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You must contact us within 7 days in order to return or exchange your items. Unfortunately we cannot help you if you fail to do this within 7 days.
- In the highly unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged when it reaches you, please send it back with a covering letter. We will then replace the product or refund your money including postage of the product back to us.
